To download a pre-existing ad, follow these steps:

1. On the Ansoft intranet home page, click on the ADMIN drop-down menu and select HQ Graphics.
2. Find the graphic you are looking for and click on it.
3. Save the graphic to a convenient location on your computer.
4. Extract the files.
5. In Photoshop, go to File>Open and browse through the menu to find the file on which you are going to work.

Marcomm will provide you with the ad file by uploading it to the intranet site for you to download. We will include both the file to modify and, for your reference, a PDF of the complete ad that displays the text as it was for the U.S. version.

If you need to convert the ad text to a different language or modify it in any way, simply insert the new text where the old text used to be.
