To flatten an image, follow these steps:

1. On the Layers palette, click on the arrow on the upper right of the palette.
2. Select Flatten Image.

Alternate method:

From the Layers menu at the top of the screen, select Flatten Image.

Notes

Flattening an image decreases the file size. So, after you modify your image, it's a good idea to flatten it before sending it to the printer.
