From a young age, Chris Welsh was struck by the wonder of Magic. Specializing in strolling, close-up entertainment, Chris prefers the intimate style and immediate, powerful impact that this type of magic has on an audience. No stranger to speaking in public, he also understands how best to deliver a message with the tools of storytelling and sleight of hand.
Chris has performed at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a number of other establishments, such as Bennigan’s Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Second Street Restaurant, Darryl’s 1862, and countless private showings.
Chris’ fascination with magic began in books and continues in a like vein to this day. When not researching and performing reality-warping magic, he is laboriously translating from Latin a book given to him by a friend, who claims it to be a lost treatise on a new school of magic. Some of the material presented on this Web site is based on the ideas found in that book.
