25-year Reunion in the Works The NA Class of 1985 25-year reunion will take place on Saturday, November 27, 2010, at PNC Park. Details will follow. St. Alphonsus Class of 1981 Reunion Set for August 11 The Saint Alphonsus Class of 1981 reunion will take place on Saturday, August 11, 2007, from 2 to 11 p.m., at the Rock Lake North clubhouse in Zelienople. Catered picnic-style food, drinks, and indoor/outdoor activities will be provided. The cost is $14 per person (adults and children). Payments due by Sunday, July 15. Brian Kinsella (1967-2006) It is with the deepest regret that we announce the death of Brian Kinsella. Brian, who lived in Columbus, Ohio, died on Sunday, December 10. Everyone associated with na85.org extends their sincerest condolences to Brian’s loved ones. His family will welcome friends on Thursday, December 14, from 7-9 p.m., and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Ave., West View (in Pittsburgh, PA). A mass of Christian burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church will take place on Saturday, December 16, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery. Dinner at Oxford Club Cabana Bar Planned for June 15 Okay, we know this is really short notice, but there will be a dinner this Thursday, June 15, at the Oxford Athletic Club’s Cabana Bar in Wexford at 7:00 p.m. Grads interested in going should email Kelly (Berry) Varley at kvarley@comcast.net by Wednesday, June 14, so she can give the restaurant a final count. 20-Year Reunion Rocks the Sheraton Our 20-year reunion at the Sheraton in Cranberry on Saturday, May 13, was a huge success! The event drew about 200 people, with classmates and their guests enjoying a night filled with memories, music, dining, and dancing. Pat Maloney and his band, The Pump Fakes, rocked the house, and many people danced to a variety of tunes spun by disc jockey Jason Heintz. Reunion Set for May 13, 2006, at Sheraton in Cranberry The 20-year reunion is set for Saturday, May 13, from 6-11 p.m. at the Four Points Sheraton Pittsburgh North in Cranberry Township. The reunion, to include a buffet dinner, open bar, and DJ, will cost $68 per adult. For details and to register, please go to the Reunions section of this site. Class Reunion Planned for May 2006 The NA Class of ’85 reunion committee is hard at work planning the 20-year reunion, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 2006. While the exact time, location, and other details have not been solidified, the latest information will be posted in the Reunions section of this site. New Web Site to Provide Class of ’85 Hub for Years to Come After weeks of preparation, we’ve finally launched the North Allegheny Class of 1985 Web site, under the domain http://www.na85.org. The goal of this site not only is to inform classmates about the latest reunion and alumni news, but also to provide a Class of ’85 contact hub now and well into the future. After all, as we get older, wouldn’t it be nice to stay in touch with those who make up a small part of our personal history? We think so, too! So don’t stop visiting simply because the next reunion has come and gone.
