October 11, 2014, Demo: We will give a short Magic and the Mind demonstration at the Green Neuroscience Laboratory in Kearny Mesa at 7:00 p.m.

August 11–15, 2014, Youth Camp: Our Magic and the Mind youth camp will take place at UCSD Extension, City Center, Room 303. This five-day program, designed for 12- to 18-year-olds, combines magic, neuroscience, and psychology to explore how the human brain is so easily fooled. Learning real-world information like this provides students with valuable insight and critical-thinking skills that will help them to understand one very important concept: Things aren't always as they appear. July 19, 2014, Guests on “Wake Up San Diego”: Iris and Tom will talk about Magic and the Mind and do a couple of demos on XETV Channel 6's “Wake Up San Diego,” with hosts Susana Franco and Chase Cain. Tune in at 8:50 and 9:50 a.m.
