The goal of the Internship Program is to provide real-world job experience to talented college students and to get an on-the-job evaluation of potential employees.
SCHEDULING
BAZUBA will provide a regular schedule according to the availability of the Intern. We believe that a well-structured program is essential for maximized productivity and learning.
ASSIGNMENTS
The term of the internship will be specified at the onset of the program. During the internship period, BAZUBA will assign a number of responsibilities and specific projects to the intern.
REPORTING
To give the intern a clear understanding of progress and performance, BAZUBA will provide regular feedback during the term of the internship.
ASSESSMENTS
The intern will meet weekly with an assigned BAZUBA staff member to assess the work the intern has done and to monitor pace, growth and comprehension.
EXPECTATIONS
The intern will function as an adjunct and is expected to act appropriately. Interns should complete assignments on time and meet the schedule requirements set at the beginning of the program. The Intern may expect to be treated professionally, to be given work appropriate to their field of study and to learn about work life in that field.
