The BAZUBA Copy Editor's main duties include editing, reviewing, verifying contents and facts, writing and maintaining a consistent style throughout the magazine. In addition to being able to express ideas clearly and logically, the Copy Editor should possess creativity, curiosity, a broad range of knowledge, self-motivation and perseverance. He or she needs to demonstrate good judgment and a strong sense of ethics in deciding what to publish and know how to work effectively amid confusion and under pressure. A familiarity with electronic publishing, graphics and video-production equipment is preferred.
