Winter blues getting you down? Come join your co-workers for a day of Ansoft fun on Friday, February 27, from 1 to 7:30 p.m., at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

CHOOSE FROM THESE THREE ACTIVITIES:

• SKIING
  Lift tickets, rentals, and lessons provided
• SNOW TUBING
  From 1–3 p.m.
• INDOOR FUN
  Mini golf and bowling ongoing

1. Will you attend or remain at work?
2. If attending, will you participate in skiing, tubing, or indoor activities?
3. If you’re going to ski, please answer the following questions:
      A. Do you need to rent skis?
      B. Do you need to rent a snowboard?
      C. Do you need a skiing lesson?
      D. Do you need a snowboard lesson?
4. We're providing dinner. Do you have any special dietary requests (i.e., vegetarian meal)?
5. We're also providing transportation via bus to and from Seven Springs. Will you take the bus? Note: The bus will leave Station Square at 11 a.m. and will return at 9 p.m.
