Magic and the Mind Demo Well Received at Green Neuroscience Laboratory

Iris and Tom gave a Magic and the Mind demo at the Green Neuroscience Laboratory's two-year anniversary party on Sat., Oct. 11 at the lab's Kearny Mesa location.

After GN founders and directors Ann Lam and Elan Ohayon and some student researchers spoke, Iris, a philosopher-in-residence at the lab, talked about the Paradox Center and her work with GN.

After a short awards ceremony and a group picture, Iris and Tom demonstrated a few key principles relating to assumptions and attention. Tom also performed several minutes of non-demo magic to entertain the very receptive audience.
